Ordering from Critical Mass Recordings is quick and easy. We ship world wide!
We offer several ways to pay: via card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), PayPal, bank transfer or Swish (Sweden only).
You can choose between SEK / EURO / US DOLLARS / UK POUNDS STERLING. If you are visiting from a computer, the CURRENCY SWITCHER is located to the right on the Shop pages. If you are visiting from a mobile device, you will find the switcher in the FILTER menu.
THE SHOPPING CART
The quickest & easiest way to submit your order is by using the SHOPPING CART. Using the shopping cart is very easy. Just browse the store under the ”Shop” menu. Add items to the cart by clicking the ”Add to cart” button. When you’re finished, you can adjust the contents in the cart by clicking ”VIEW CART”, or go straight to the ”CHECKOUT”.
In the CHECKOUT, you enter your name and contact info (full address, email, phone number etc). When you select your country, the postage will be calculated automatically, and is presented under ”Your Order”. Below the order summary, you choose the method of payment: Credit Card / Swish / PayPal / Direct Bank Transfer.
The order will be made in the currency you selected in the CURRENCY SWITCHER.
At the bottom of the page, you will find a ”Order Notes” field, where you can write us a message.
When all info has been entered, click the ”PLACE ORDER” to finalize your order. You will receive a order confirmation via email within minutes.
All orders are shipped 1–2 working days after payment has been received. You will get a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
Pre-orders are shipped a few days before the release date. If you place an order that include one or more pre-order items together with in-stock items, the order will ship when all items are in stock. If you don’t want to wait for the pre-order item(s) to be stocked, then you will have to order these separately.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We always pack every order carefully, using professional boxes for vinyl and padded mailers for shirts/CDs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and damaged packages. We are not responsible for mistakes in delivery caused by post or a spedition company.
Out standard packages are not registered or insured. However, after sending hundreds of orders to all over the world, we have not received any complaints over lost or damaged packages. Still, if you feel that you want to register your package, get in touch and I’ll sort it out for you (the fee will be added to your order).
Shipping rates depend on a region of shipment and total weight of the items. The system calculates the shipping cost automatically. You can see the shipping cost on the CHECKOUT page under ”Your Order” (you will have to enter your address and choose your country).
All sales are final and returns are generally not accepted, but every case will be looked into. We’re very reasonable!
